No. FTF is RMI and MIWA accredited, which protects your manufacturer warranty when you service with us. We follow the correct service schedule and stamp your service book.
We use premium European lubricants and fluids matched to your vehicle's specification. Parts are genuine or OEM-equivalent, and we quote you before fitting anything beyond the standard service.
It depends on the service and your vehicle. When we confirm your booking we give you an estimated collection time, and we let you know the moment it is ready.
Your vehicle, your keys, and your service book if you have one. If there is anything specific you have noticed, a noise, a light, a leak, tell us when you drop off so the technician can look at it.
